We had been to Panarottis Cornubia on Sunday 21st July, food was awesome as always, however service from waiter CTHE was pathetic, after being seated at the restaurant we were approached by CTHE who gave us our menus and then immediately asked us if there is anything we would like to drink, we advised that we need a few minutes to have a look at the menu and decide, after almost 25 minutes of waiting CTHE rocks up and takes our order, almost 30 minutes later the food arrives and was delicious as always, we were still consuming our meal when CTHE rocks up and starts clearing the table including the side items (chilli, garlic etc) in a huge rush, we were about to order some desert but as we just finished our meal CTHE immediately brought us our bill (which we hadn’t asked for), he then disappeared again as we had to get another Server to assist us, Panarottis has always been a go to restaurant whenever we are in Cornubia, its servers like these that give the franchise a really bad reputation. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 350–400 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Our Pizza, Chicken Wings
