Extremely welcoming and dynamic staff. A place beyond my expectations. Good for families and children but also for friends. The yoga teacher on the beach also organises activities for the kids. She is the best ! The rooms have all the modcons and the buffet breakfast is plentiful and varied. More than anything, the human contact and the staff is outstanding in its responsiveness. Service: 5

We're a family of 5 and stayed for just 2 days after a road trip of Puglia. Overall this was an amazing stay in every sense: Staff - They go out of their way to make you feel welcome, booking you into things last minute. Pay special attention to the kids to make sure they are happy. Pino was so lovely and helpful as well as front of desk. The room - we lucked out with a sea view and one of the modern rooms. It was clean, safe, 1 double bed 3 kids singles, TV, bathroom, fridge, WIFI everywhere etc - very nice. Beach - only 5 mins walk - we paid extra for loungers you get 10% discount as beach restaurant. Pool - looked nice we didn't use it. Budget / cost - not too bad. Overall recommended! Service: 5

Kindness of the staff, excellent cleanliness inside and outside, sweet and savory breakfast with quality products, delicious biscuits and cakes made by them. Cuisine with restaurant dishes, the chef deserves a Michelin star and I'm not joking... a must try!!! Mariella an excellent hostess. I highly recommend this Hotel. I forgot...beach included! Rooms: Clean and fragrant and above all quiet Nearby activities: Well-kept and very large indoor swimming pool in the hotel with attached hydromassage, tennis court, bicycles and children's corner Safety: Night concierge, paid parking with video surveillance Walkability: Just a few minutes on foot and you are in front of their beach and on the Tortoreto seafront Food & drinks: Sweet and savory breakfast with quality products. The sweet breakfast, biscuits, cakes... are made by them. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value
