I recently visited PORT in Pickering and had a fantastic experience. The location right by the waterfront makes the atmosphere calm and scenic, especially around sunset. It’s a great spot whether you’re going for a casual dinner, a date night, or meeting friends. The ambiance is modern yet cozy, with large windows and beautiful views of Lake Ontario. The service was attentive and professional — staff were friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure everything was perfect without being intrusive. The food quality really stood out. The seafood was fresh and well-seasoned, and the presentation was impressive. Portions were generous, and everything tasted balanced and flavorful. Their cocktails were also well-crafted and complemented the meal nicely. Overall, PORT offers a premium dining experience in Pickering. Between the food, service, and waterfront views, it’s definitely worth visiting. I would absolutely recommend it and plan to return soon. Visited this Restaurant for the first time with a group celebrating a family member's birthday. The restaurant is well coordinated spacious. The Staff are polite and fairly efficient. Lets talk about the Menu, one picture is worth a thousand words, but there are no pictures. My partner and I had the braised salmon with beans. The salmon was great but the beans were barely there and soggy. Portions were quite small, so we decided to order the brussels sprouts, I love brussels sprouts. They were supposed to be deep fried, however they were actually burnt, the honey made it edible. One member of the group had to reorder because the Jerk Chicken he ordered was very salty he got the Salmon instead. Consequently, I totally agree with many who visited the restaurant and find the food overly priced. This restaurant has the potential to offer a lot to the community in terms of fine dinning and family gatherings but to do so there has to be changes to the menu, servings and pricing.

Excellent experience with breathtaking view of the lake.
The bartender Tiffany did an exceptional job with delicious drinks & made our experience more enjoyable. The food was also tasty
