Service nul, le serveur était très confus concernant notre commende et malgré la double vérification il nous a pas servis ce qu on a demandé. Des croissants tout froids non frais et il fallait attendre 15 min pour que les cafés sont servis. Le jus n était pas frais non plus froid. Vraiment une grande deception avec des prix exagérés pour un service médiocre. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently had a truly disappointing experience at Paul restaurant, particularly in regards to their abysmal service. Allow this review to serve as a warning for anyone considering dining at this establishment. To start off, the moment my cheesecake arrived, I knew something was terribly wrong. The cheesecake was served straight from the freezer, making it so freezing cold that it was practically impossible to eat. I immediately informed the manager, expecting her to rectify the situation promptly. However, what transpired next left me in complete disbelief. Instead of offering an apology or seeking a solution, the manager nonchalantly informed me that serving frozen cheesecake was a regular occurrence at their restaurant. Shockingly, she claimed it takes a staggering 50 minutes for the cheesecake to thaw after being served from the freezer. Excuse me? As it turns out, I had visited another Paul cafe in Kazbegi where the same cheesecake was served to perfection, at a delightful temperature. It became evident that the manager's excuse was nothing but a blatant lie. Thankfully, after a great deal of insistence, the manager initially agreed to cancel and replace my cheesecake. However, just as I thought the situation was being resolved, she abruptly changed her mind, citing some unknown reason for her sudden change of heart. I was left dumbfounded and appalled at the sudden lack of customer service and professionalism that unfolded before my eyes. As you can imagine, this led to yet another round of painstaking discussions, attempting to make the manager understand her mistake. After further insistence, she eventually conceded to her faulty judgment and agreed to cancel my order, but not without causing unnecessary distress and inconvenience. It is worth mentioning that, despite this unfortunate incident, the food served at this Paul restaurant was generally decent. However, it is evident that this specific cafe is in dire need of better management. For a dining establishment that prides itself on quality and service, the inadequate management of customer concerns and the complete disregard for rectifying mistakes is beyond disappointing. In conclusion, if you seek an enjoyable dining experience coupled with attentive service, I strongly advise considering other options rather than subjecting yourself to the mishandling and utter lack of accountability witnessed at Paul restaurant.
