It was a pleasure to be able to host you in our restaurant last night with your son and we are sorry you had a bad time. I would like to point out that yesterday you paid 13 euros for a gin with Monkey (a 50 cl bottle of Monkey costs us 42 euros, this bottle produces around 8 cocktails, which means that each dose costs us 5, 25 euros. To this you must add 1.50 euros for a bottle of tonic water that we bring to the customer's table, ice, garnishes, straw, service and aperitif platter. If you order a premium Gin you cannot expect to pay for it as a base for your information we do this job to bring home a salary at the end of the month and not for the glory. I advise the next time you go to a restaurant to read the menu carefully before ordering and to opt for drinks that are more to your liking). I also inform you that you paid 5 euros for this peach tea during aperitif hours with a chopping board attached to the table, a figure which is probably below cost compared to many other places in the area.
