The fact of having stalled on the answer depends on only one factor, that is, on the weather conditions which, in case you had booked outside and a storm had broken out (as has been happening for the past 2 days) we would have had to ask you to leave during dinner, not having additional tables inside. - the internet does not offer further possibilities on the specifics of the service but from 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm we are available for the take-away service, while for the reception in the room the starting time at 8.00pm. - finally, we are very happy that you gave a positive review to the restaurant you mentioned, with which we have excellent relations, offering a different service, but the fact that you wanted to highlight it on our profile highlights not only intellectual dishonesty in you but an intent to undermine our business. 2 stars for her, even less: if she has time to dwell on social profiles on holiday, she certainly isn't enjoying it! Sorry! I conclude, regarding ways (your very rude ones): if my staff were busy with a short necessary break, following exhausting days of preparation, excellent and punctual service (as you yourself and the previous reviews confirm) would have had to apologize and propose to stop by at a later time!
