We take your opinions on this absolutely seriously, to create a product and an experience tailored around your preferences and expectations. During the start-up phase we experimented with a new dough, with the intention of offering the best to our guests. This dough was not up to par and after Easter we decided to return to the old version. Our guests, especially the regular ones, absolutely appreciated the choice.
