We had a reservation at 8:30. At 9pm we didn’t even have the menu. When we finally ordered something to drink we had to wait until until 9:30 for the two spritz and the bottle of water to arrive. Our meals arrived at 10pm. The pizzas were watery and my brother’s one had a kg of flour underneath. And what was my surprise when I took a bite and tasted a weird crispy thing with the taste of fish on my margarita. I just dislike fish so it’s no big deal but imagine someone being allergic. Oh and I forgot that 5 min after giving us our food the server came back to cut our pizzas in our plate. To sum up it’s a place that’s very nice but the food and the service is chaotic. Oggi abbiamo pranzato Osteria da Ciàssa Növa di pietra ligure. Nadia Soldati, chef del ristorante, si è superata di nuovo. Premesso che siamo vegetariani, il che non è poco per mettere alla prova un ristorante, ha creato due piatti superbi e perfetti da ogni punto di vista. La cosa più premiante per lo chef è che non si ripete mai, ogni volta crea dei piatti nuovi esprimendo tutte le sue esperienze in materia. Consiglio a chiunque, anche non vegetariani, di provare i piatti dello chef Nadia.
