Let's draw a veil of compassion...the rib that should have been 5/600 grams rare arrived 3 mm thick. overcooked and no more than 300 grams. From chef to chef...change jobs! that a cut of meat like that is uncookable because as soon as you turn it even once during cooking it's already overcooked with that thickness... too bad... OK I'LL ANSWER YOU: The problem isn't getting the dish wrong, the problem is not not even being able to understand how much the scale shows and see the thickness.....but I doubt this..I think it was cooked and served even knowing everything...that's why the review is so severe!
