D'après les commentaires des visiteurs, la cuisine cuisine italienne est plutôt bonne. Manger un tagliatelles cuit à la perfection s'avère être une excellente expérience ici. Si vous allez à ce restaurant, commandez un panna cotta fascinant.
La carte des vins ravira tous les palais, tous les clients pourront trouver le vin qui leur plaira. Un personnel instruit attend les clients tout au long de l'année. Un service spectaculaire est toujours un plaisir. Vous apprécierez un décor luxueux et une atmosphère décontractée à Osteria Dell'Unione. Un très bon restaurant, avec un menu aux truffes. Excellente qualité avec des prix modérés. Très bon choix de vin, même en carafe ou au verre.

Disappointing We have been looking forward to visiting the Osteria dell'Unione for a year. Unfortunately, this year's visit to the small restaurant in Treiso was a bitter disappointment. The food wasn't nearly as good as last year. The kitchen, which is excellent everywhere in Piedmont, can only be described as average with a lot of good will. The dishes seemed unloving to us and the ingredients were skimped on while the prices were raised. The pasta classics were prepared much better and richer for our taste in many other restaurants in the area. My chicken with onions, tomatoes and peppers was cooked completely dry and the clumsy service on the garden terrace seemed completely overwhelmed. We later found out that the chef at the osteria, who guaranteed the quality of the products for years, passed away. The gap she leaves behind obviously could not be closed without sacrificing quality. That's a shame and we wish the operators of this traditional restaurant that it will soon reach the old, excellent level in terms of kitchen and service. Unfortunately, the Osteria is currently not a recommendation for Treiso. 2022: ***** Here is the cradle of the Slow Food movement The Osteria Dell'Unione is a small, unassuming restaurant with a romantic garden terrace in the mountain village of Treiso. The place is only a few hundred meters away from our exceptionally beautiful Piedmont holiday accommodation, the Ciabot Apartments. History was made in this osteria: In the garden of the village restaurant, Carlo Petrini and some friends formulated the manifesto for the founding of Slow Food in the mid-1980s. Completely unimpressed by the global success story of this sustainable kitchen philosophy, traditional Piedmontese cuisine has been served in the small osteria for over 50 years. Nothing has changed in the KM-Zero rule and the use of the best ingredients from our own production and from selected local producers. In the meantime, the son of the legendary chef Pina Bongiuvanni has taken over the osteria and teaches guests the traditional regional cuisine based on his mother's recipes. Tajarin egg pasta (made with 40 egg yolks per kilogram of flour) with ragu, vitello tonnato or knife-cut tartare of local Fassone beef: Come una volta! This is how Piedmont tastes. The locals love the unadulterated traditional cuisine and for fans of Slow Food a visit is a must. Fortunately, it is not a place of worship - only a small ceramic plaque at the entrance indicates the historical importance of the osteria.
