Various tasting alternatives were proposed to her, ranging from sea to land, and which, since our adventure began, have met with the favor of users, but the result was the request for the bill, because the menu, according to the "gentlemen" did not meet their needs. Well, it's obvious, if you go to a bistro-restaurant, which offers a proposal of contemporary cuisine, which follows tradition with a study of innovation and research, and you expect cold cuts, mixed vegetables, or appetizers at the center of the table , perhaps it would be appropriate to frequent farmhouses, trattorias, or more casual venues. It's not our mission! We took a risk, aiming for a perhaps smaller clientele, but one that would give us more satisfaction. It's the first selection we've made. Pizzuti Bistrot is for many, but not for everyone! Inclusivity probably doesn't always pay off, but on the other hand it is right that quality is rewarded, in the choice of raw materials, in the combinations, in the recipes and, at this point, also in the selection of our guests. In any case, we are happy to have had you as our guest and to have offered you the opportunity to get to know us and to offer you a drink, even though you, being the "gentleman" that you are, wanted to pay for what you consumed. Who knows, one day he will feel ready to experience something different from what he has already seen, already tried and already offered by so many. See you soon!More
