Given that this review only concerns how a restaurant integrates into the place where it is located, it must be said that this Fish da Francesco probably deserves less than one star. Here there has always been a continuous and total lack of care on the part of the waiters, and we have even pointed this out many times (to be told that it wasn't them, but we could all see them from the windows). In these sultry days they have taken the trouble to dry the cutlery outdoors under the balconies, throwing them in the drawer, unaware that perhaps it is well past midnight and that people work the next day. Moral of the story, if you want to sleep you have to do it with the windows closed. In winter, however, there is continuous double-parking which obviously starts to create chaos and you can regularly hear the horns of people who want to go out. The owner once said that they also have a nearby garage, but more than once we saw him tell customers "just put it out front". Then, punctually, two cars are theirs (the cook's and the owner's), which park in a double row until someone tries to get out to take their place. It's incredible how someone can eat in peace while leaving their car double-parked, it's truly the opposite of a relaxing dinner. We have called the police several times, but that's why they aren't coming. They don't arrive even when the cars block the road and consequently the passage of the bus, let alone. Oh maybe it's also good mind you, but there are many good places in the end. Better to go to those restaurants that, in addition to focusing on the quality of the cuisine, do so with respect for those who live in that area. Edit (after the owner's response): Excuse me, but if you confirmed everything I wrote, then why would it be a hate review? And yes, we did say it, but do you know how many times we heard the answer "it's not us"? I wrote this review and apparently it helped more, since at least I got a more careful and precise answer than the classic "yes yes of course". Nobody starts from the assumption that they want to ruin a business where 10 families work, but it seems quite clear to me that you shouldn't act with total disregard for those who live above you (who also work and there are far more than 10 of them). And since you have been working for 10 years, you should know well how to behave in this sector. Regarding the issue of cars in double rows, it is not normal to see that you suggest customers leave them there. Then it would simply be enough to ensure that they are moved quickly, at least. Finally, note a lot of malice in my words, but I tried to write everything without saying anything incorrect. If my tone seemed harsh to you, it's only because I'm a little tired of the situation like everyone else.

It's right to express an opinion, in fact we will express ours too. In the meantime, I would like to say that we are sorry that we left the waiters to dry the cutlery outside because with the heat it becomes difficult, however you could have easily told us about this and we would have resolved it immediately. However, going on to touch the double row button, yes we have a parking agreement but not for 20 cars. Customers go looking for a place and in most cases they put it in the garage in the others in a double row but as happens throughout Rome. I notice a lot of malice in his words, and I'm sorry because we receive a lot of malice in our work area. As far as I'm concerned, this review is truly useless given that here we comment on the service, food and etc.. so there is only malice here. Stop talking, communicating, don't try to ruin a business that has been around for 10 years where 10 families work. Summary? His review is just Of HATE, we show respect to everyone in the neighborhood. Many thanks for the star to lower the average because in addition to teasing us where we work you also do it here. Good night. (Edit) he could have easily come to talk to us instead of making such an inappropriate review. You will probably also have created a fake profile since it only has 1 contribution. Whatever we do, we are open to discussing and solving problems. Greetings, hoping winter will arrive so all this malice and hatred will pass More
