La carte des vins est impressionnante, elle ravira tous les palais. Les clients n'apprécient pas vraiment prendre une limonade à Betulla. Had dinner with a friend. There are no questions about the food, it’s delicious, but the wine positions by the glass are very lame. Great restaurant! The food is really delicious, we preferred the set tasting menu. They delighted our palate by blending many things that I normally do not enjoy with pleasure. However, I think a restaurant should be memorable beyond the food, and Osteria Betulla does it justice! The waiters are very attentive, when I handed over my coat at the entrance, I told them that I did not speak Russian. Suddenly, all the staff inside became aware of this detail. Everyone spoke English to me, from the 3-4 different waiters who brought food to our table to the attendant who asked me for a seat in the hallway. When the meals arrived, after introducing them to my family in Russian, they also introduced the dishes to me in English. I really liked this. There was nothing missing from our table, and our services changed each time. It's an excellent policy that they only work by reservation and don't take on more customers than they can handle.
