We have been regular customers since this restaurant opened, but the lack of consistency has become extremely frustrating. Toppings used to be included, then suddenly they weren’t, then they were again — and now we’re charged per topping. Every visit seems to have different rules with no clear explanation. On our most recent visit, I was told there was a minimum of three toppings required. When I expressed that the constant changes were frustrating and that I likely wouldn’t return had I known, the staff member responded with, “So don’t come back.” That response was unprofessional and unacceptable. Consistency and respectful customer service matter, and unfortunately this experience has made us reconsider supporting this business. Service: 1

Osmow's Shawarma is my go-to for a delicious veggie meal! The Veggie Shawarma Plate was incredible, full of vibrant veggies and drizzled with their amazing garlic sauce. The place had a nice evening vibe, and even with a lot of customers, the staff managed to keep everything running smoothly. Great spot for dinner! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
