The Osmows on Harvard road in Guelph is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST location!I will never go there again! This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience there. my son and I went in to grab lunch. We ordered and put our 2 drinks on the counter. Paid for our order and when we were getting the food, the worker accused us for stealing a drink. We did not! Then he said maybe he didn’t see it on the counter. We asked for extra garlic sauce which we were charged for, but I couldn’t even eat mine as it’s DROWNING in sauce.. then we get our order and as we’re walking out, the outside of the bag is all greasy and has garlic sauce on the outside. My son takes it back inside and they ignore him and then he takes a bag from the top of the counter and repackages it himself. . I’ve included a picture of my food as it is right now as I didn’t finish it. It was a ruined experience for us. Never again at that location.!!!
