Absolutely avoid (especially if tourists) We had dinner here on December 31st. Let me start by saying that I called first to find out if it was a fixed menu or à la carte and I was assured that for the dinner there was an à la carte menu (otherwise I wouldn't have booked) which in Italian means choose, order and pay for what you eat. But unfortunately this was not the case. As soon as we arrive the waiter asks us what we wanted to order (already wrong because if there is a set menu with a fixed price everything that the menu includes is brought to the table unless the customer tells you that HE doesn't want something). We were 4 adults, we took a starter for 2 people, 3 first courses and 1 second course with side dish, 1 bottle of wine and 1 bottle of water. When the time came to pay, there was a nice surprise: a total of €240 because there was a fixed price per head of €60 with menu (NEVER said). Not to mention the very low quality of the food (they don't even have coke). I approached the waiter to ask for explanations and the only response was: "Evidently we misunderstood each other" the end. All this in front of the owner who didn't intervene at all. So we were completely deceived because there could also be misunderstandings (this is not the case) but in any case you, the restaurateur, are required to intervene and at least apologize or offer a coffee (the minimum) given that we paid €60 each not to eat Nothing. And thank goodness the customer is always right, but rightly so, we were tourists and they knew it! Traveling here and there in Italy and tasting a diversity of typical cuisines of all kinds on New Year's Eve we came across this place, however always after having booked well in advance and after having EXPLICITLY requested whether the menu, being New Year's Eve, was à la carte or not. , their response via telephone assured us that the least was à la carte and not a fixed menu complete with a PDF sent by them to us. We start the evening in a calm way, however, the boy who served us comes to the table and lists for us what was possible to order and we proceed with our choices, ahhh the first sore point is a restaurant that doesn't have a coke, however we proceed we don't eat a lot also because the dishes brought were of very low quality on a scale from 1 to 5 so to speak 0. Once the bill arrived, the real shock came because two first courses, a second course and two appetizers, a dessert and a bottle from the supermarket passing it off as Chianti without even having the wording of the rooster on the bottle which attests to the quality of the Chianti as can be found everywhere in Tuscany, the total was €240 for four and from there the carousel begins, I have no problem paying but I also have no problem deceiving people because all of a sudden from a free menu they made us pay a fixed menu, if you know it was a fixed menu and you forgot to tell me at least bring everything then it's up to me to leave it, however the real advice I give to those who want to go there forget it there isn't a less with the prices they are rude rude thieves and make fun of people however they will be reported.
