Really feel disappointed writing this review. The bread is so good but I feel so frustrated by the communication and lack of service. I'm hosting a small event and I went in a week ago and asked if the products are regularly in stock, and if I showed up right at opening if I would be able to purchase what I needed or if I needed to place an order in advance. Staff said I can just show up, they always have it in stock, no need to order. (This isnt a huge order either, i only need two loaves of bread) Fast forward to the morning of the event, today, I'm at the bakery 30 minutes after opening time and there is zero bread of any kind available -completely bare shelves. I was told I will have to wait an hour for anything to be ready. I wish the staff communicated this a week prior when inquired because I feel like I was mislead. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

The Pandora bakery location is fantastic. As long as I ensure to arrive at least a few hours before closing, there is typically a good selection of different items to choose from. My new favourite is their multigrain sourdough bread. I've just learned that they have an online portal for pre-ordering, which I will be testing out as they often sell out of their popular items quickly! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

The bakery itself is good and the pastries are quite tasty. I've given only one star for the food because of a serious health concern. For anyone that has a nut allergy it is a place to avoid. They do sell nut products throughout the bakery and they label other products as not containing nuts. Some time ago I had asked about this and someone replied and said they would look into it. There was no response until I followed-up months later....again no response until another follow-up months later. This went on for a while and I gave up, which is probably what they wanted. What is probably a year later I still don't know if their 'no nuts' is safe. So bottom line, most bakeries are not nut free, but there are some cobs bakeries that are, and there are some other bakeries that take great precautions (Goodside bakery), and those have been safe as well. Because of the labeling and lack of response is where Origins bakery falls short.
