Service was quick and sat the cool balcony. I'm disappointed with the lamb bunny. Honestly Orientals lost its flavour. Meat was horrible tasted like it was not braised from the begging but dropped from the top in a base gravy. Gravy had no flavour at all ... I could taste the tomatoe/puree in the gravy. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Terrible food and disgusting service from staff on site...food was returned..staff refused to give out owners details...awaiting owners call wrt refund..been there previously but was a terrible experience today..zero for food and service...lets hope owner calls as details were left at the restaurant...manager now refuses to answer my call..how convenient Once again. ..You have terrible customer service....u sat there and watched us suffering to eat your food. .it was so terrible that it was returned to you. ..i literally had 3 bites of food. are u selling a day old food that's what u were asked. .you even admitted that the food is not up to standard.and people have been complaining..I returned close to full portion of the 110 large mutton breyani. I have the pics.. ..u had no other veg except sugar beans. ..almost half of that was returned to you as well. . There is a owner for a reason so that incompetent staff like u don't get away. Speaks for itself being a Saturday afternoon and u have no customers.......I left my details for the owner to call me so please don't give me any of ur excuses coz I am over u ...u had excuse after excuse when I spoke to you on Saturday.. Guess the owner doesn't care as well...absolutely no feedback..well i guess u can keep the money and the disgusting food

You'll finished the beans and rice, you'll ate half of the Mutton breyani and asked for the other half to be taken away and then you say you did not enjoy your meal.By the third bite of your meal you would have known whether you liked the food or not and a refund will have gladly been given or replaced with another meal.You cannot finish a whole meal and then ask for a refund. Why you wanted the owners details I'm not sure, that's why we have managers employed which handle these situations to their best of ability. Managers did not answer your call because you phoned at 18h45 and we close at 5PM.More
