We recently visited family in Balti and went several times for breakfast, lunch and dinner at Oliva. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish each time. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with soft lighting and the updated new furniture felt super cozy. Service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Our server Irina was extremely friendly. She offered great recommendations and her very good English was quite a bonus!!! It was very nice not to have to translate the whole menu to my son and fiancé. She definitely deserves a raise! My all time favorites were their shrimp Caesar salad, the pasta (which was perfectly al dente each time) and, of course, the Tiramisu (that managed to be both light and indulgent). Prices are reasonable for the quality, and portions are generous. Overall, this place feels like a little slice of Italy—perfect for date nights, celebrations, or anyone craving some Italian comfort food. Definitely will be back when we visit the city again!
