Arrived on Sunday for lunch in the restaurant with 2 separate rows of customers without any indication or logic, we obviously queued where it seemed easier without knowing that it was the queue reserved for those who had booked (obviously with no type of information present) and when it was our turn (after at least half an hour) they told us that we had to queue again on the other side where there were now at least 30 people waiting (another hour at least) This also happened to others, demonstrating very poor customer reception and the total absence of information. Among other things, several people showed up who hadn't been able to book a table because the phone was ringing in vain. Answer: "... we haven't been taking reservations for an hour so we haven't answered the phone..." Rudeness and disorganization at the highest levels. Obviously we went...to the MC!
