After a long time without getting meat from Old Wilde West, I decide to take advantage of the Deliveroo service offered, due to work I always opt for this solution. Anyway, I choose from the menu a nice platter of mixed rare meat with a side of potatoes, once all the operations have been carried out, a time slot is indicated, I'll start by saying that I ordered after 6pm and the delivery times were about 50 minutes or so, so far everything is in order. The problem starts when the delivery guy (followed with GPS) starts making an absurd turn, moving a lot away from my position. I then discover that via GPS he made a delivery (I think) and was parked for 10 minutes. Oh well, already here it bothers me because if I order rare meat and you have a sandwich to be delivered, the order of arrival of the orders is ok but I don't even have to stop for 20 minutes for a sandwich, my joy. Once the boy arrives he gives me the bag directly by hand without having kept it in the thermal, I thank him kindly, and I finally go to eat... the cold meat, oil and sauces that have fallen and drained into the bag, not even the cat outside wanted the potatoes. So I immediately call the place and after 6 calls in a row, no answer, I proceed to make a complaint to deliveroo. Which reimburses me €6 for a cost of €20! Obviously the delivery costs were refunded, not the price I paid. OK DEAR gentlemen 1 - ANSWER THE PHONE 2 - DO THE SERVICE RIGHT AND TELL THE GUYS TO USE THE MEANS GIVEN BY DELIVEROO, ALWAYS IF IT WAS HIM OR ONE OF YOU. 3- I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER BUY ANYMORE.
