Un service médiocre! Nous avons trop attendus pour avoir une table, malgré qu'il avait 5 tables libres! Trop attendu pour passer la comande et être servi. Le toilettes étaient exécrables, pas de papier,pas de savon Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

STAFF: Despite the NON-reservation, the staff immediately made every effort to find accommodation ready for service despite the turnout on Saturday evening. For the vast majority of girls well educated on the menu and friendly in managing the various situations and needs. The guys, equally educated and friendly, perform more of an operational function in the dining room than "service" to the customer, but for those few presented at my table I reiterate the certainly positive aspects. Service timing is extremely acceptable for an evening like Saturday evening, where the turnover of customers is continuous and numerous. FOOD: Generous portions, well seasoned and which allow you to enjoy it at an optimal temperature. The only flaw to point out is the very clear pre-cooking and subsequent heating in the microwave of the "FRIJOLES", a real shame because the dish is worth trying as soon as it is prepared or in any case on the same day. As for the "RIBS", excellent cooking, as well as the spiciness... The only note to note: the lack of presence of the side dish in the composed dish, however attributable to an oversight during the preparation of the dishes. ENVIRONMENT: The location offers many seats, perhaps a little too many to guarantee the privacy of the various customers and their conversations. However, an air-conditioned environment, iconic for the type of furniture but at the same time with good musical accompaniment given by the speakers placed in the various corners of the room. Basically 4 stars because perfection is always a millimeter away, but you're really close... Good luck and congratulations on everything to the Old Wild West staff. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

However, we are sorry about the FRIJOLES, we always serve them fresh and we are keen to always offer the best to our customers. Regarding the RIBS, we are happy that they satisfied your tastes.
