Though usually a challenge due to its constantly occupied spots, we had the good fortune to easily secure a space for our vehicle. **Ambiance:** Upon entrance, one is immediately met with the lively atmosphere of the place. To the left, a queue of eager diners awaits, while the right reveals the bar — our chosen destination. While it took a brief moment to find seating amidst the vibrant crowd, we managed to procure an outdoor spot that promised a change of environment. The setting seemed to buzz with an effervescent energy that makes for a promising dining experience. **Service:** Regrettably, our encounter with the service left much to be desired. Our young waitress's initial oversight of providing a single menu for two patrons hinted at an evening that might not meet our expectations. For two individuals who take pride in exploring the gastronomic landscape of the Calgary region, such oversights can prove disconcerting. While errors are a part of every journey, it was her demeanor, particularly towards one of us, that felt off-putting. I phoned ahead, no reservation needed, got there around 6, a 20 minute wait. Went to lounge, took our order within 10 minutes. I asked where the food was after an hour and a half wait. Nothing. It was my birthday supper and I recommended Old Town as I order from there monthly or more. VERY Embarassing. Won’t be back for a long time! The tip reflected the service ZERO

I decided to take my husband to Old Towne to celebrate his birthday. The food was more than delicious as was the waitress Netta. The place was so busy it took me 5 minutes to find a parking spot!! This is my 3rd visit to this establishment. I posted on Facebook how fantastic everything was, even the cake and staff singing Happy Birthday. I was very impressed with how busy it was, the food was hot!! Netta made sure we were doing ok and as I mentioned even made time to sing. Kudos to kitchen staff and all wait staff for their outstanding service last night.
