Twelve of us had an excellent lunch here. The food was delicious. The schnitzel, the liver & the trout were all voted really good. The Reuben sandwiches & fries were equally good. Our server was Linda, she wss patient, organised & made sure everything we needed was available. Parking: Parking behind restaurant. I recently hosted my bachelor party at Old Country Inn. I was looking for a good schnitzel restaurant, ideally Austrian. There are surprisingly few places in Toronto/GTA these days that meet that description, but fortunately Old Country Inn is one of them. The restaurant is located in the quaint town of Unionville, located in a house built back in 1872. The place has lots of charm which is fortunately matched by the quality of the food. I had a goulash soup and Jager schnitzel. Both were really tasty and substantive. I have eaten a lot of good schnitzel in my time, including at Figlmüller in Vienna, and Old Country Inn does an excellent iteration. The staff and management are all also really friendly and accommodating. This is a great restaurant, definitely worth checking out if you want to try Austrian food, a good schnitzel, and/or a night out in Unionville. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
