I ordered cupcakes online, the whole process was efficient, lovely. I had however placed my order on the assurance that it would be ready for collection at a specific time. Had I known this was just said to secure my order, I wouldn’t have bothered. My daughter’s party started an hour later because the cupcakes were only then delivered an hour and half after the promised collection time! The first time I ordered from Oh My Cake a year ago was also no joy. Customer satisfaction should really be a top priority for them.

Ordered a cake for my sister in laws 30th. I viewed the cake on their website and ordered via what’sApp. The order process was seamless. Collection on the day was quick and easy. The cake was exactly as per my expectations and tasted delicious. (Will be ordering again for my own 30th) Meal type: Other Price per person: R 1–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

So, I saw a plug for a sweet treat on voters day for anyone who shows their mark at Oh my Cake! I went in out of total curiosity, thinking it's late I won't get anything, however I was pleasantly surprised! The ladies working there were so pleasant and sweet. I showed them my mark and they gladly handed me not one but two truffles! Not only were they beautiful packaged, they were super delicious! Two truffles per a pack... That was more than I bargaind for. There were many walk ins, a few sitting with the staff choosing birthday cakes etc... From listening to conversations I picked up that the ladies helping were very attentive and listened closely to details. They gave very helpful suggestions to the clients and were so patient and friendly. I'm really proud of stores like this who go out of their way to give back to the community. Had this freebie not been mentioned on Instagram for voters day, I would not have known they exist. I'm glad I stumbled upon this, they'll definitely be my number 1 bakery to go to for any cake needs Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
