The food is super delicious, the best shop in Elmshorn. Price performance is also great, even when you pick it up, it's always lovingly packed. My employer had registered our company Christmas party with “Ochis” as a group of around 20 people well in advance. Including the food, which was pre-ordered by telephone, at the request of the operator. Apart from us, there were only two other guests at Ochis. Nevertheless, in my opinion, something went wrong: - We waited 30 minutes+ for a waitress to pick up the drinks - a colleague waited in vain for the forgotten Kiba and had to speak to the staff - Apparently there is no liquor license because they don't serve alcohol there (we found that out on site) - We waited 60 minutes+ for our pre-ordered food - The bread was so hard that one of the younger colleagues broke a tooth and then had to go to the dentist (bread from the day before?) - The food didn't come at the same time - The food was served lukewarm to cold - Soggy sweet potato fries - Pipe burst in the men's toilet (the water covered the floor) - Wobbly toilet seat for the ladies - Extremely cold in the women's toilet - Unpleasant toilet smells came up the stairs to the restaurant - We were called by the waitress - Personally, I felt sick from the food (others also had stomach problems after eating it) - There was only ONE vegan dish (pea soup) - The atmosphere was uncomfortable - The food was nothing exceptional Unfortunately, I can't recommend the place and that was the last time I ate there.
