I feel like in order for a Chain restaurant to be Good it needs three main ingredients. 1) A Good and friendly Staff. 2) A Good Atmosphere and clean place and 3) The most important of them all is the standard in their food. So in my opinion Ocean Basket The Galleria. 1. The Staff were absolutely Friendly and kind with smiles all around they made us feel so welcomed a 10/10 2. The atmosphere was perfect and the restaurant was nice and clean. 10/10 3. The food, well it was a nice cold and rainy day so some nice fish and chips as in order. The batted Fish was absolutely delicious specially with the yellow sauce it came with unfortunately they put the sauce on fish which made the batter soft. It took away the Crispy part of the fish. Please can you put the sauce on the side or offer the option to the customer. The second disappointment was the chips which tasted steal and it felt like it was put into a air fryer to heat it up. 06/10 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 100–150 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Sauce, Calamari, Fish, Hake N Chips, Hake and Calamari
