Emily gave us great service last week at Melrose arch and the food was very nice . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: R 800–900

Had the worst experience at ocean basket!!! Contacted head office they are not interested. If you get sick after eating there don't waste your time contacting them. They make it your fault. Just be careful and if the food feels off don't eat it!!!!!!!!!

I didn't feel welcomed at all from my entrance, waiters were like just staring at me without leading me to my seat I don't know if maybe they were judging me or what until 1 lady came to help me which she never introduced herself, soon after sitting down same guys who were just staring at me when I was entering were very welcoming to other guests , that bread came together with my meal not as my starter nibble I had to ask another waitress for cutlery. My fish had scales in it when I told the manager about during his visit he did nothing about it....... I truly am disappointed since I'm a huge fan of Ocean busket but today I'm very disappointed at this branch in Mandela Square Sandton. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Price per person: R 200–300
