Went to Ocean Basket Musgrave very excited to introduce to someone who has never had their food previously! What a complete and utter mistake bothering to go to this branch, from the moment we walked through the doors the terrible experience started! Waited a substantial amount of time waiting just to receive a menu followed by having to wait again just for a glass of water to be bright to the table after having ordered. Our food was for take away and we waited almost 40mins to have our food given to us and the final bill to be picked up. Within this time period we watched other tables being ignored and not attended to to the point that people got up and left from the frustration. Finally having received our food we head home only to find that out rice was ice cold! Just completely a horrendous experience!
