Tried calling multiple times and the phoneline was busy everytime. As busy as a restaurant might be they should be able to pick up their phone once or twice in 30 minutes.

Ordered $90 worth of food for my mom’s birthday. Completely tasteless, rice was burnt. Called to complain and asked for rice to be replaced. They said I would have to go back so they could see if the rice was actually burnt and if it was, then I would have to wait while they made new rice. Explained we were already sitting and eating the other food before it got cold. They refused to
deliver as they were not going to
replace it without seeing it first.

I paid 55Dollars it was a waste of money I called And complain to the owner and she did not care never once tried to make me feel better about the situation up until I told her I was going to write a bad review and then she started to apologize but it was a fake apology and that she still did not try To compensate whatsoever but DoorDash delivered it to me and I complain to them and they gave me credits back $10 credit back which is better than what oak ridge dragon restaurant was willing to give me ! I was even crying I’m a single mom and I can’t afford to buy another dinner now I had just gotten off work and didn’t wanna make anything but I ended up having to so it was inconvenient having to go and make a second supper after paying $55 for food that I did not even eat it went into the trashcan untouched
