Il est facile de trouver ce restaurant grâce à son emplacement. La bonne note de Oak Residence serait impossible sans un personnel professionnel. Un service énorme est ce que les invités apprécient ici. On vous recommande aussi cet endroit car il propose un prix démocratique. Ce lieu est connu pour une atmosphère sympa. The rooms, yes, the rooms are wonderful, even for a 3-star hotel, amazing. And it all ends here. As a long-time visitor to Oak residence, I see its decline every year. The restaurant has a cardinal problem. Even last year, we had a problem with the service (horribly slow). Why is given to children to serve it unknown, but they do not have the necessary qualifications for that. If you give them a place to perform, at least the manager should stand and guide them. This year 01.03.2024. At dinner, they didn't bring us the bread at first (it was on the bill and I paid for it, not for 1.2 BGN), but the children had dinner without it. The breakfast....for the first time, let's not eat and drink our coffee let's leave quickly. The reason was a terribly noisy and vulgar guest, who disturbed the whole restaurant. The child-waiter had nothing to do..... I tried to pay for my room 4 times, there was no one at the reception and the child-waiter and the receptionist obviously didn't knew how to register the payment. In the evening 11.30 pm terrible shouting in the lobby, which echoed throughout the building. You are not what they write to you anymore.
