Please know where you are ordering. They don't even deserve 1 star here! Then you place an order and there is a piece of toothpick in my food, Bah! Never again.

First of all, the place stinks. Most people get used to the smell and its less bad the further you are away from the entrance or toilets. But I did not get used to it and it gave me a horrible headache. It took some time for the food to be ready. While eating it, it's weird and confusing then delicious and then when you are done eating, it's horrible. The aftertaste feels like you jumped head first into a trash can and inhaled everything in it (and I'm saying that as someone who got the kids meal). The aftertaste only disappeared when I got another drink to drown it, but my stomach was too upset to even accept most of the drink. On the tram home, I felt like I was going to puke. I did not puke, but boy, did I become close friends with my toilet when I got home. Even a day after eating this, I still feel the food in my body. I want to share my frustration and disappointment with my experience with O'Tacos. It happens far too often that I receive an incorrect order. This has happened several times now, and it's starting to get quite annoying. The most annoying thing is that when I try to reach out to report this problem, I often get no response. If there is an answer, the phone is simply hung up, which I find very disrespectful. The quality of customer service leaves a lot to be desired, and it makes me feel completely unappreciated as a customer. I hope that improvements will come soon, both in the correct delivery of orders and in the way customers are treated. Experiences like these ensure that I won't be ordering here again anytime soon.
