There is nothing left of Otto! But for almost 9 years they were for many the most favorite place in the BZ. Unlike its neighbors, the level of quality of food and service has not decreased all these years. We found out that the owner had changed and everything became clear. On our last visit, with a completely empty room on Saturday evening (!), the wait for our order was more than an hour. They just beat us up, churning out pizzas for takeout and delivery. Until they refused to deliver pizza, turning a blind eye to the mistakes here too (they forget to calculate the daily discount, mix up the dough, etc.) There are no longer any branded positive boxes with the Otto logo. From this, the order and expectation increase many times. 4. Bar, let's talk a little about it. There is nothing AT ALL. Would you like to order lemonade? From no. Non-alcoholic cocktails - no. Drink water The restaurant does not have an alcohol license. The entire selection includes only soft drinks. Something is always missing. Unfortunately, I don’t want to go back, since drinks play an important role. 5. The dishes are not brought out together, as was stated several times to the waiter. We had to wait while other dishes were brought out. And in general, when and what to bring is not specified. 6. Service? This is no longer about Otto) Believe me, we are quite regular guests, we know what we are talking about. Of all the positive things, the only positive thing is the kitchen, which makes you come back here again and again.
