I recently visited Oro Nero cafe and I want to share my experience. Unfortunately, I have to point out that I was disappointed with the behavior of the head bartender. He was terribly unkind and rude to me. I did not expect such treatment, especially since I am a regular guest there and until his appearance I felt 'at home'. Hospitality and a friendly atmosphere are often associated with the experience of visiting cafes. But, unfortunately, this bartender did not live up to those expectations. His behavior created an unpleasant atmosphere and spoiled the impression of the visit. Despite this, I would like to mention that the rest of the staff in the cafe were friendly and helpful. The coffee I ordered was good, and the atmosphere in the cafe was pleasant. However, the negative experience with the head bartender left a bitter taste in my overall impression of the visit. I would recommend cafe owners to pay attention to the behavior of their employees, especially the head bartender. Kindness and hospitality are key elements in the hospitality sector, and they should work to create a pleasant atmosphere for their guests. Ultimately, due to the unfriendly behavior of the head bartender, my experience was not satisfactory. I hope the owners will commit to improving their hospitality to create a pleasant experience for all visitors.
