We are sorry to learn that your experience didn't match your expectation.As an authentic Chinese restaurant (specialized in Cantonese kitchen), we provide both dim sum and Cantonese dishes, the dim sum are smaller portion and lower priced. We present these 2 choices on the menu standing outside on the window. Our dim sum dinner time starts from 17:00 until 20:00, after 20:00 you can mainly only order the Cantonese dishes. I guess you probably got confused about this. We apologize for not having the opportunity to explain to you clearer. We do provide tap water and charge €1.5 if guests do not order other drinks, this tap water is unlimited to refill. If guests order other drinks, the tap water will be free of charge. This policy is in line with other establishments of similar style in the city of Amsterdam. We apologize if the way my colleagues communicated made you feel uncomfortable.Regarding the taste issue you mentioned, I noticed that you ordered 4 white rice and 4 spring rolls on that day. To be honest, we think it is difficult to get real insight of a restaurant by only trying the spring rolls. We offer more than 100 fresh handmade dim sum, by reading the majority of our reviews you will notice that we are regularly praised for our food.
