A Sunday of pampering at O'Bistrot. We started our lunch with the roasted octopus, which was excellent. As a first gnocchi all'amatriciana, I'm still wondering how good they were. And as a second course, veal cooked at a low temperature... good enough to lick your mustache and beard. Highly recommended for true connoisseurs of taste . The only thing is trouble in asking the chef for an amatriciana without pecorino, he is a true connoisseur (the chef is from Amatrice), it would be a very serious insult.
