I went to this Nü yesterday evening and ordered a vegetarian Mexi bowl and a boss shake to sit down, which i usually enjoy. The atmosphere of the restaurant is generally nice with lots of comfortable seating space. Staff is not very friendly and seems annoyed when ordering. After being served the shake in a takeaway cup (no concern about environmental plastic pollution), the shake tasted watery with lots of ice in it. Then, after the first bite into my 'vegetarian' bowl I swallowed a piece of chicken. Staff had apparently messed up the order with another customer... Then even refused to give me my actual order, the vegetarian Mexi bowl.... the lady explained staff would have to pay for this meal if I still wanted it and even made me feel bad to ask for it. What a bad excuse and if thats true this place is under really bad management. I would have expected more from a Nü inside a VA collection. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 150–200 Vegetarian options: They do have great vegetarian options. Just check before taking the first bite to make sure it's the right meal that you got

Unfortunately the food is not always as you would expect it to be in comparison to the price that you pay. Most of the staff are very unfriendly and seem as if they just do not care about customer service. Most recently I was served by Lisa who was very unfriendly.
