Cher et qualité médiocre, service très moyen pour pas dire pauvre, ce fut notre dernier passage dans ce restaurant!

Brasserie - restaurant. Permet une petite halte entre amis. Ambiance pas trop bruyante. Serveurs accueillants. Prix touriste par contre

I have been at this place North Express Restaurant at Gare du Nord - June 7, 2017 - Brussels and ordered a Lasagna (€9.90) and at the time to pay it I just realised that I had only €9.30 at my pocket, so I told this to the waiter (that is the cashier, a little fat guy) that I wanted to pay it with credit card and he told me that if I wanted to, I would have to pay €15 that is the minimum credit card bill at that place. I asked to talk with the manager and the waiter said that he was in charge but he could try to help me, so he took €4 (he told me that it would be like a fee for pay in credit card) in coins and charged me more €12 in credit card.So It was €16 for a €9.90 meal, he took advantage of the situation to charge me more than he actually should because I told him that I was a tourist and was getting late for my bus.
