Sur les recommandations de Marco qui tient le Cappuccio à Ortigia, je me suis rendu pour dejeuner dans ce restaurant à la décoration rétro et chic. J'ai été subjugué par la cuisine sicilienne précise et raffinée revisitée par Norma et par son accueil fabuleux. Je la remercie également pour sa gentillesse extrême.

I was exploring Noto with my friends and it started raining heavily, so we wanted to find a cozy place to spend time in. We called Norma Bistrot and it turned out it was open, despite almost everything else being closed at this hour. We were given water and bread as a starter. Unfortunately, we couldnt find anything on the menu that would suit us at that moment, but we didn't want to leave just like that, so we asked if we could have some coffee. The waitress informed us that its a restaurant, so they don't serve coffee. In that case, we communicated to the waitress that we're sorry but we would like to pay for the bread and water and leave. The waitress charged us 5 euros and seemed really unhappy with our decision. She took away the bread and water glasses very rapidly, commenting that we wont eat anything anywhere else because everything is closed. We felt that we're being rushed to leave. So we left, feeling really puzzled and we felt truly unwelcome. Service: 1
