Un service décontracté est toujours un plaisir. Payez un prix abordable pour manger dans Nori. Vous trouverez une atmosphère spectaculaire ici. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Nori Sushi's delivery service on 04.10.2024 I placed an order at 11:07 AM and the operator assured me that the delivery would take place by 1:00 PM. However, at 12:50pm I called to confirm everything was on schedule and the operator told me the delivery would arrive in 10-15 minutes. Unfortunately, this did not happen. I tried to contact the call center again several times, but I got no answer. After 30 minutes from the confirmation call, the driver contacted me and said he needed another 7 minutes. After this interval had passed, I called him again, and the driver told me that he had just started from the branch at 1:25 p.m. I called the delivery service again from another phone number, which was answered immediately. But instead of being offered a solution, I was informed that the operators only take the orders and are not responsible for the delivery, and that they do not know if there are traffic jams or other problems in the city. It is unacceptable that an order that was supposed to arrive by 13:00 was only delivered at 13:50. As "compensation," I received a 10% discount for life. Do you honestly think that after such an unpleasant experience anyone will want to order from you again? It is completely unacceptable to treat customers with such little consideration. An order that takes 3 hours (on a typical day) is not worth the wait. Learn to work professionally and respect customers' time! The lack of professionalism in handling deliveries and the attitude of the call center reflects total incompetence. A tip for the Nori Sushi team: Learn to communicate effectively and respect customers' time. Such an unpleasant experience should not be the norm, but the exception, and improving your services is absolutely necessary. Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Food: 2 Service: 1
