I have been a regular customer for years, the service and food here is excellent! The food always tastes fresh and the owners are very nice and accommodating. If I could give a restaurant a rating of 0, that is what I’d do. Do not order from Noodles To Go if you value your time and peace of mind. I have never received such poor customer service. The people at Noodles To Go are rude, do not care or seem to value paying customers, take no responsibility for late and cold food, and even go to the lengths of blaming the customer as the reason the food is not on time. We decided to order from Noodle To Go because it is closer to where we live, but that will not be happening again. We will go back to where we have been ordering from for years - where the service and quality of food has been nothing short of great. If I had to recommend an alternative for Chinese food in the Caledon/Brampton area, Golden Lakes is a much better choice. Food: 1 Service: 1 Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner

You ordered from SkiptheDishes. Our responsibility is to cook the food on time so that they can deliver it to you. When the driver couldnt deliver the food on time, we can not control that. We already cooked the food ready and sent it off, it is Skip's responsibility to deliver the food to you on time. Please understand.

Our order was missing an item, so I went back after dinner to get a refund for what was missing. No way. The proprietress was adamant that she'd packed it and proceeded to argue the point. I eventually left without my $10.95 (+tax). Never again. Oh yeah - the rest of the food was crap too.
