The location of the restaurant is okay, the door is not big, and the food tastes good. The boss is rude to us, as if we don't pay for the meal. On the other hand, he greets the ghost with a smile, and all the people who open the door to do business are customers. Why? What if we don't treat everyone equally? I had the misfortune of dining at Noodle Plus, and it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. First off, the service was absolutely atrocious. The staff was rude, inattentive, and acted like they couldn’t care less about the customers. We had to wait nearly 30 minutes just to place our order, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy! When the food finally arrived, it was a complete disaster. The noodles were overcooked and mushy, and the supposed "fresh" vegetables were anything but fresh. They were wilted and flavorless. The meat was tough and tasted like it had been reheated multiple times. To top it off, the portions were ridiculously small for the high prices they charge. The hygiene standards were also a major concern. The table was sticky, and I noticed that the floor was dirty with leftover food crumbs. The restroom was even worse - it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Overall, Noodle Plus is a place I would strongly advise everyone to avoid. Poor service, awful food, and lack of cleanliness make it a dining nightmare. Save your money and go somewhere else! the fact that I wrote a bad review because I had a bad experience in your restaurant and your answer was an attack against me instead of a "sorry we'll try better next time" is something I found really disgusting. It really shows that you are mean to your customers!!!
