First of all, my friends and I will never go back there again, the buffet was bare, there were sausages that were now almost purple and black, old chips, inedible appetizers, only the drink was good. We received a very aggressive and abrupt response from the staff girl after asking a question. I give 2 stars to the place because I go often but anything else doesn't deserve even 1... I stopped in this place with a colleague for a quick business lunch, the counter was quite bare, I didn't pay much attention to it, I took a tray and looked at what to choose, I asked the girl what the fish on display was and she pointed to "skewers" (as if I didn't understand it myself) then inexplicably he turns and goes to talk to one of his colleagues, in the meantime we wait for him to return and to serve us... after a few minutes he deigns to return to the counter, I ask what the breaded fish was because he skewers it was quite clear what they were, he replies that it's Pangasius, I'll try that (cost €10 and something), and a piece of pizza. While they warmed up the Pangasius fillet we sit down in the seats along the gallery, obviously not an exciting environment, I eat the pizza, sufficient but nothing more... Finally the reheated fish arrives and unfortunately I have to say that I have never found anything worse, a terribly GUMMOUS consistency and totally tasteless, inedible, I try to eat it but I can't, I leave it there and at the end I point out to the manager that it was an inedible dish, precisely I called it EMBARRASSING, he replied that no one had ever complained and asked if I wanted another one, he was polite but I don't want to repeat the experience and I highly recommend avoiding this place... Special dish of the day: black tagliolini with scallop, Argentinian prawn and saffron. Could I ever not try it? No, I couldn't, and in fact... In a very pleasing presentation, cuttlefish ink tagliolini are seasoned with a generous prawn pulp sauce, veiled with a delicious saffron sauce, while another prawn and a scallop peek out from a corner of the plate, waiting to act as a delicious closure. Yes, because this dish, in its ensemble of varied flavours, is a very balanced symphony (even in quantity, at the same time filling, but also leaving space in case you want to indulge in some other whim) that satisfies sight, palate, mind, heart , to the point of bringing joy into the depths of the mystery of the Soul. A dish like this, capable of so much, can only have been inspired by the Soul: and in fact, upon my compliments, I am told that it is an impromptu invention... a very happy and successful experiment, I comment! And then, the no less important ingredient, which is never missing here at Noi Primi: that unique mix of professionalism, courtesy and friendliness, which is always a pleasure to come back and savor again!
