I order food at The Grill Hub, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience. The service was the worst I’ve ever encountered—I waited over two hours for my order, only to be met with attitude when I asked about it. This place does have potential, but the staff needs to treat customers with respect. Until then, I can’t recommend it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

However during your visit the manager did explained to you why this particular person was got his order before yours.
