I had the privilege of discovering the Nico Traiteur pizzeria in Neuilly and I must say that it is undoubtedly one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by a warm and attentive staff, always ready to guide you through the menu and answer all your questions with a smile. The decoration of the pizzeria is both chic and friendly, creating a pleasant atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease. The tables are beautifully set, and the space is spotlessly clean, demonstrating the owners' attention to detail. But let’s talk about the main thing: cooking. Nico Traiteur’s pizzas are simply divine. The dough is light and crispy, perfectly cooked, with this soft texture inside that literally melts in your mouth. The ingredients are premium, fresh and flavorful, and every bite is a true delight. I particularly enjoyed the Margherita pizza, a classic executed to perfection, as well as the Truffle pizza, a gourmet marvel that combines delicate flavors with incredible mastery. The menu is not limited to pizzas. The antipasti are varied and generous, offering a great introduction to this Italian feast. The sommelier is very competent and will be able to advise you on the ideal wine based on your tastes and your meal. In summary, Nico Traiteur in Neuilly is more than just a pizzeria, it is a real institution where every detail is thought of to offer a top-notch gastronomic experience. Whether you are a regular or are discovering this address for the first time, you will be seduced by the quality of the food, the kindness of the staff and the warm atmosphere that reigns in this restaurant.
