They know nothing about customer service!! I've never had a good experience with them first time they forgot to deliver my order when I called after two hours of waiting was told they forgot to write down my order. Today was the worst of all, ordered beef and rice waited a whole hour only for the wrong order to be delivered (chicken nd rice)and my food was packed with someone else's food when I called was told since the orders were for the same building they saw it fit to pack them together, like really!! When I asked for them to fetch their wrong order as I do not eat chicken the lady who answered the phone said ok, called again after an hour was told everyone is out for deliveries left work at 3pm no one came to fetch the food!! Very disappointing!! If I could score less then 1 I would.

They know nothing about customer service, the 1st time I ordered from them I waited over an hour for delivery only to be told they forgot my order when I called them back, 2nd time the order was wrong
