I do not recommend this store, it is absolutely not customer-oriented. The opening hours do not correspond to the declared ones, on the door it is written from 8 to 22, in fact the store is closed in the morning and in the evening. Came on Sunday at 5:00 p.m. - again the store is closed. During the call - you called during non-working hours, we will redial you - and no one redials.

2.03.2024 Very unfriendly service. Frankly did not want to continue the conversation with the "consultant". I took what I came for and I won't be here anymore. The quality of the tea is high, this is especially important when you buy tea for 1800 UAH per 100 grams) but the service is disgusting. If for you tea is something more than just a drink, I do not recommend it.

I do not recommend this store. The first impression was positive. The employees of the store promptly responded to my order and organized prompt delivery. But good service ends there - where questions of product quality and responsibility begin. On my part, there were comments regarding the lack of a teapot that I ordered, as well as a damaged package of tea that I took as a gift. At first, in the correspondence, they promised to solve the issue, and then, without an answer, they began to ignore it. Wrote to the mail - also ignored.
