We've been eating under the new moon several times now. Very clean, well-kept restaurant. Very clean buffet. The food was great every time. Freshly prepared in small portions and served in bowls. It is refilled at any time. The food is typically Asian. I think the salmon for the evening buffet is particularly good. Sushi is prepared fresh and with love here. You can look into the kitchen both when preparing the sushi/salad buffet and through a glass front at the buffet. You can always see how clean the kitchen is! The staff is super attentive. Questions will be gladly answered. There is a separate room for accompanying a four-legged friend. I find a good solution. We sincerely hope that the Neumond restaurant will establish itself well. I have rarely seen such a clean, nice and good tasting restaurant.
