Never experienced anything like this... After an unfriendly information that you couldn't choose how raw the steak should be, the wrong thing was served. But instead of taking this back and preparing the desired steak, the chef and owner was convinced that it would be such a waste to take the steak back. However, this seems harmless compared to the words: “Either you eat this now or I will take it back and you won’t get anything!”. INCREDIBLE to speak to a lady like that. And after 63 years of existence, it is incredibly embarrassing to say that medium rare is not an option and “the steak is served as it comes out of the pan”. Never again. Rude chef and high prices for mediocre food. After asking if I should get my steak medium, the chef told me that I would get the steak as it is because he couldn't do it any other way. After I got the wrong order and pointed it out to Mr. Nettelbeck, the answer was that I either accept the wrong order and eat it reluctantly, or he takes it back and I don't get anything else because it would take too much effort to get the right one Order to cook.
