First experience in a Nespresso boutique: very positive experience. The staff is friendly, professional and well trained. The environment is clean and tidy. All products are displayed well and visible. They also prepared me a coffee, as I wanted to taste one of the latest blends to arrive. I recommend everyone to go at least once, even if only out of curiosity. Congratulations to the guy who looked after us for his professionalism! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Non-existent assistance service. They bounce from one to the other with opposite versions. A customer for years, I will definitely never set foot again and will throw a new machine and the last capsules out the window. Disappointment!!!! I had to work with the office to resolve the problem. No comment !!!!!
